Research Into Audiences - Preparing Questionnaires

I began creating the questionnaire in order for us to begin conducting our quantative research today, I included a variety of different questions so that we could gain some more information out of our target audience which will allow us to make the best piece as possible. I also created the qualitative questionnaire; this questionnaire gave open answered questions and allows the audience to give a detailed response which will also help us in creating our music video.
